Responsibilities
- Incorporate best practices, design and tailor Learning/Training Programs that meet business
needs, achieve strategic objectives and drive innovations - Coordinate and execute the training solution through collaboration with Trainer, Respective
Managers and HRBP, including post-training phase, follow-up, assessment and review - Coordinate with Respective Managers and HRBP to ensure the right participation and
utilization of the available training opportunities - Ensure implementation of Learning/Training Programs under prescribed guidelines
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all Learning/training and development
activities - Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training
vendors to develop and deliver training - Identify Trainers, mentor them, and guide them in expanding/ deepening skillsets
- Continuously monitor Training to detect quality deviations and apply remedial measures (if
needed) - Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver
training - Support users who have software-related questions or issues in the learning management
system - Manage the maintenance of data, reports, and documents as per process requirements
- Manage the logistics to ensure the availability of accessories for program delivery
- Represent the Team in regulatory/ other audits conducted by the organization
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics and / or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related working experience in learning/training and development
- Good verbal and written English
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, adept at dealing with and
engaging people at all levels - Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different
levels of the organization and externally - Strong analytical skill (discerning patterns and converting these to actionable insight) using
metrics - Proven track record of owning and driving projects/ initiatives
- Ability to build relationship, build trust with colleagues
- Proactive in proposing solutions and acting to obtain project objectives
- Positive thinking, high sense of responsibility
- Willing to improve, be innovative and creative
- Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously (if any)
- Adapt well with company’s culture and working environment
- Follow information security regulations of Bestarion
- Ensure information security in a certain project
