- Perform analysis and forecasting of the hiring needs of the projects/ departments
- Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract strong passive and active talent to fill open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Take charge of planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities.
- Develop college recruiting programs, management Internship /trainee programs
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
- Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Skills & Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resource Management and related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to hunt for talents in the external marketplace using multiple sourcing channels including social media and social networking to identify, engage and inspire passive talents
- Project management capabilities and familiarity with pulling together reports and presentations utilizing excel and PowerPoint skills
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Experience
- At least 5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or similar roles in IT industry
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in employment branding
