Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other professional networks
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top talents
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Support and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources department
- Do other tasks as assigned
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, Economics or related major
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT recruitment. Having a strong network for hiring candidates in the IT field is a big plus
- Familiar in recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others), and talent acquisition targets
- Good knowledge of the IT industry, and labor market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook is plus
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
