Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.)
• to deliver product success
• Studying/ analyzing requirements and designing test cases, test scenarios
• Conducting tests and reporting defects or issues encountered during testing
• Collaborating with QC leads to design and develop test plans, strategies, and approaches for comprehensive testing
• Have complete responsibility for enhancing end-to-end manual test coverage
• Provide estimates for testing task times and meeting durations
• Report and document bugs/issues, a timely, and concise
• Managing and reporting the testing result to QC Leader and PM
• Assisting in training, supporting new team members, interns, or junior QC as needed
• Other tasks assigned by the QC Leader

Skills & Requirements

• Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer
• 2 years in a Manual testing/ Quality Controller position
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Know about relational databases such as MySQL, and Postgres.
• Experience in API testing and using API testing tools Postman, SoapUI,..
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
• Experience in documenting test cases, bugs, and associated reporting
• Ability to apply QC best standard/practice, method, and tool
• Be a logical and detailed-oriented person
• Have a customer mindset & good communication skills to collect or clarify all project requirements
• Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast learner
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Proactive, creative, enthusiastic, responsible at work, and have good logical thinking
• Able to bear good pressure if the project requirements are urgent
