Responsibilities

• Gather simple requirement from client and manage to appropriately, and timely response to
  them
• Define, analyze and provide solutions for simple requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Have basic knowledge of gathering requirements, requirement analysis methods, data
  process related to each task
• Manage all documents and information related to the requirements
• Assist in gathering, defining and analyzing big requirements under the supervision
• Communicate with the client or relevant stakeholders for clarifying/ distributing requirements
  in a specific and clear manner
• Follow up on the requirement execution and request supporting materials in need to ensure
  progress
• Have knowledge of the data processes and be able to train the new staff
• Responsible for releasing data, and follow-up the maintenance after the release (if required)
• Verify output for releasing
• Create & manage documents related to requirements as needed
• Detect the data issues and propose effective changes
• Attend period & requested meetings with the client or the team
• Make periodic or ad-hoc reports by request
• Do other tasks requested by the Project Manager or Team Leader

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management Systems, or Business
  Administration
• 0 – 6 months of experience as a business data analyst, including project involvement
  and relevant coursework
• Fluent proficiency in English across all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening
• Proficiency in data processing tools, notably Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 (especially
  Excel)
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, BI tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI), and diagramming tools
  (such as Edraw, Visio, draw.io)
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficient in negotiation tactics
• Skilled in facilitating meetings and delivering presentations
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities, including rational thinking, problem-solving, and risk/
  issue management
