Responsibilities

Accounting:

• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Month end journal entries and adjustments.
• Month-end close and financial reporting.
• Review and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
• Month end financial statements for internal and external users.
• Tax return adjustment.
• Payroll / Sales Tax / Loan / Investment account reconciliation.
• Administer concur time & expense system.
• Assist with business taxes, registrations, and compliance filings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• MIS reporting.
• Cashflow analysis and reporting.
• KPI reporting and analysis (operational and core business KPI)
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Inter-company reconciliation and consolidated financial statements.
• Reconcile control accounts.

Tax:

• Business tax preparation (basic to moderate).
• Individual tax preparation (basic).
• Multi-State tax preparation (basic).
• Year End accounting and adjustments (basic).

Skills & Requirements

• At least 2 years + of experience in Accountant.
• Have 1 year experience in US Accounting is a plus
• Fluent in English.
• University graduate, majoring in Accounting or other related.
• Relevant tax & accounting software experience.
• Being flexible and able to work independently within a team structure.
• Having good interpersonal skills and commitment to the accounting profession.
• Being detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient of at least one US tax preparation software.
