Job Description


  • Support to identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Responsible for researching and analyzing sales options (Approaching plan)
  • Responsible for approaching potential new clients


  • Participate in pricing the solution/ service. Consider to provide discounts if applicable
  • Consult the clients on the alternatives to meet their business need
  • Negotiate and close the deals
  • Compose, review the terms then negotiate to get the contract signed off

Responsible for managing customer’s relationships

  • Transfer projects to SDD
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Handle inquiries
  • Consult on problems
  • Handle complaints
  • Gather CSS and testimonial

Contract Management

  • Responsible for monitoring contract implementation
  • Support in tracking payment history and following up the due payments
  • Responsible for closing/ re-newing contracts

Responsible for managing customer’s database

  • Collect and record customer’s contact information
  • Maintain customer’s database

Responsible for managing Partners/ Suppliers

  • Facilitate contract review
  • Support to monitor contract implementation
  • Close contracts


  • Communicate with customers in pre-sales activities, consult on solutions, negotiate and close the deal, maintain and develop relationships with current customers, transfer product and liquidate contract
  • Support SDD in delivering products to meet customer’s demand and satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate with FA department in contract management
  • Co-ordinate with QA unit in monitoring delivering activities of projects and CSS received from customers
  • Communicate with partners suppliers for buying/ renting their products/ services (if needed)
  • Support to develop sales kit, execute communications plan
  • Responsible for creating reports by collecting, analyzing, and
  • summarizing information
  • Support to define and improve SnM processes
  • Other tasks as requested by higher management


  • Advise the BoD on building a suitable culture for the company
  • Responsible for communicating company culture to employees and overseeing its adoption and making suggestions for improvement (if any).
  • Develop departmental procedures
  • Responsible for reviewing current processes and recommending improvements
  • Identify the needs of your department’s processes to develop, train, and monitor the implementation of the procedures
  • Some other tasks at the request of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the company.

Skill and Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Management Information System/ or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience in software development
  • Experience in customer’s requirement analysis is a plus
  • OpenOffice, Mindmap, CRM, Trello, Basecamp, Pivotal Tracker, Mavenlink, Jira, Mantis
  • Good understanding of products/ services provided by the company
  • Knowledge about market and competitors
  • Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0,
  • TOEIC 700 or above)

  • Ability to build and reinforce the trust with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to identify, analyze customer’s requirement
