GROUP FINANCE MANAGER
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Group Finance Manager to oversee and consolidate financial operations across our global entities. This role will bridge the gap between local bookkeepers and executive leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity across all financial reporting. You will also play a critical role in managing cash flow, auditing financial practices, and providing actionable insights to improve the financial health of the group.
WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 05:30 PM (Meeting in a different time zone: US, Slovakia, China, Hong Kong Time zones)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and consolidate group-wide cash flow and working capital
- Develop and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Review and audit monthly financial reports prepared by local bookkeepers in the US, Slovakia, China, and Hong Kong
- Ensure consistency and integrity across accounting systems (Odoo ERP)
- Standardize financial reporting processes and implement internal controls
- Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
- Coordinate with external accountants and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with key financial KPIs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting efforts
- Assist with FX exposure monitoring and bank relationship management
- Support the CFO/CEO in financial planning and cross-border finance strategy
- Preparing consolidated financial statements for the group.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-entity or international finance role
- Understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and intercompany accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
- Familiarity with multi-currency operations and international tax/reporting practices
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
