1. Eligibility for Service Offerings

As a thank-you for joining our webinar live, attendees are eligible to choose one of the following complimentary services: 

Service Option 1: Professional assistance with 3 books for your CPA firm. 

Service Option 2: A revamp of your website, aligning it with modern design principles and automation-ready strategies. 

2. Precondition for Service Delivery

To redeem either service, the attendee’s company must: 

Sign a Statement of Work (SOW) with Bestarion. This document outlines the scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms governing the selected service. 

Agree to provide the necessary information, access, and collaboration required to complete the service. 

 3. Service Engagement Process

We will reach out to eligible participants within [X days] after the webinar to schedule an initial consultation. 

During the consultation, we will confirm the selected service, define project goals, and finalize the SOW. 

 4. Limitations

This offer is only available to attendees who join the webinar live. 

Each attendee’s company is eligible for one service offering only. 

Services must be initiated within [X days] of signing the SOW, or the offer will expire. 

 5. Exclusions

This offer does not include additional work outside the specified service scope. Any additional requests may be subject to separate agreements and fees. 

Companies located outside the United States may not be eligible for this offer (exceptions to be determined at Bestarion’s discretion). 

 6. General Terms

Bestarion reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. 

This offer has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. 

All decisions regarding eligibility and service delivery are at Bestarion’s sole discretion. 

 7. Liability

Bestarion is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the offered services, except as required by law. 

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bestarion and its representatives from any claims or disputes arising from this offer. 

 8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

By attending the webinar and engaging in discussions about the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
