Location:<\/strong> Work on-site in Dallas, Texas, for at least 1 year. After that, you will continue working remotely from Vietnam.<\/p>\n

The company will fully cover all travel and relocation expenses related to the U.S. assignment.<\/p>\n

Project: <\/strong>These Software Engineers will be at the forefront of transforming a critical US Tax Application. This application will be used by millions of consumers across the country, making a significant impact. This work involves cutting-edge technologies and the strategic use of AI, revolutionizing how tax processes are handled in the US.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex features and functionalities and back-end components of our applications.<\/li>\n
  • Back-End Development: Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs and services using C# and .NET (or later) on the .NET Core Framework.<\/li>\n
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.<\/p>\n

    • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop comprehensive Unit Tests for both front-end and back-end code to ensure reliability and correctness. Participate in and support Usability Testing and Operational Testing phases to validate application performance and user experience.<\/li>\n
    • Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, manage, and optimize applications within AWS environments, leveraging containerization technologies like Kubernetes. Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI\/CD pipelines managed via Azure DevOps and GitHub for backend repositories.<\/li>\n
    • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs across the full stack.<\/li>\n
    • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers, UX\/UI designers, and other engineers in an agile environment. Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning.<\/li>\n
    • Project Tracking: Utilize Atlassian Jira for effective task tracking, sprint management, and project communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n
      • Greater than 5 years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack development.<\/li>\n
      • Extensive experience with C# and the .NET Core Framework, particularly .NET 8 (or later).<\/li>\n
      • Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful API services.<\/li>\n
      • Deep experience with Visual Studio for both .NET.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub, and familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI\/CD processes.<\/li>\n
      • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated experience writing comprehensive Unit Tests.<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Usability Testing and Operational Testing methodologies.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.<\/li>\n
      • Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
